On the palate with light-footed complexity, tightly woven, fine-grained tannin, great juiciness and precision, clearly worked out fruit, comes back salty for a long time.

Aromatically broad and expansive, the 2019 unfolds beautifully in the glass. Bright red fruits, orange peel, mint, spice and bright saline notes saturate the palate on the finish. The 2019 is an absolute stunner even at this stage of youthful austerity. Compared to the 2018, it seems a little rustic, but the final verdict on that won’t be known for a few years.
